Themely is a word puzzle made by one person. If something is broken, or there is something you wish it did, writing to me is the whole support process — it reaches me directly.
There is a Send feedback row in the game's Settings that writes this message for you, with the build number already in it. That is the fastest route if you have mail set up on your phone.
Which version you are on. Settings shows it at the very bottom — something like Version 1.0.0 (12). Nearly every question I would ask back starts there, so including it saves a round trip.
If it is about a particular puzzle, the level number helps too. If it is about a word that seems wrong in a row, tell me the language you were playing in — the puzzles are built from each language's own vocabulary, so a word that is wrong in one is often fine in another.
There is no account and no cloud save. That means I cannot look up your game, restore it, or move it to a new phone — and it also means nobody else can. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
If you bought the one-off that removes the banner, Restore in the coin shop brings it back on a new phone. Coins are different: they are spent from the save on your device, so a reinstall does not return them. That is not a policy I can make exceptions to — the coins genuinely are not recorded anywhere I can see.
Apple and Google take the money, not me, so they are the only ones who can give it back. On iPhone that is reportaproblem.apple.com.
