Themely is made by one person, and this is who. These are the details German law (§ 5 DDG) asks every commercial site to publish.

Themely is a person rather than a company. There is no commercial register entry and no VAT identification number, because none has been issued.

The email address above is the direct route. It reaches me and nobody else. What helps most when you write is on the support page, and the game's Settings has a Send feedback row that writes the message for you with the build number already in it.
Consumer dispute resolution
I am neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Purchases go through the app store
Coin packs and the one-off unlock that removes the banner are sold by Apple and Google, not by me. The contract is with the store, and refunds go the same way. On iPhone that is reportaproblem.apple.com. There is more about that on the support page.
Privacy
What the game stores and what it sends is written out in full in the Privacy Policy. The controller under the GDPR is the same person named above.

This page links to a few external sites: Apple, Google, a supervisory authority. I have no influence over what they publish and their own operators are responsible for it. Nothing unlawful was apparent when the links were made; if I learn otherwise, the link goes.
